Your experience on Fooshia is different from everyone else's: from the posts, stories, events, ads, and other types of content, you see in our News Feed or our video platform, to the Pages you follow and other features you might use, like Trends, Marketplace, and Search. We use the data we have about you, such as about your communications, choices and settings you make, what you share, and actions you take on and off our Products, to personalize your experience.
Providing the ability to communicate with the people and organizations you are interested in:
We help you find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organizations and more that interest you through the Fooshia products you use. We use the data we obtain to make suggestions to you and others, for example, groups to join, events to attend, pages to follow or message with, offers to watch, and people you might want to become friends with them. Strong connections are an important foundation for building better communities, and we know that our services become even more useful when people connect with each other and with the groups and organizations, they care about.
Encouraging you to express yourself and communicate what matters to you:
We provide many ways for you to express yourself on Fooshia and communicate with friends, family and other people about things you care about, for example, sharing status updates, photos, videos and stories across the Fooshia products you use, sending messages to a friend or multiple people, or Create events or groups, or add content to your profile. People will only be able to build a community on Fooshia when they feel safe. That is why we employ dedicated teams from around the world and develop advanced technology systems to detect misuse of our products, harmful behavior towards others, and situations in which we can help support and protect our community. If we become aware of such content or behavior, we will take appropriate action, for example, offering to provide assistance, removing content, blocking access to certain features, disabling the account, or contacting law enforcement.

We use and develop advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and augmented reality, so that people can use our products in complete safety regardless of their physical abilities or geographical location. We want people to use Fooshia to express themselves and share content that matters to them, but not at the expense of the safety and safety of others or the integrity of our community. We are always striving to improve our services and develop new features to make our products better and more relevant to you and our community. We would love you to continue using our products, but if you do not agree to our updated terms and choose to no longer be part of the Fooshia community, you can delete your account at any time.
We want Fooshia to be a place where people can express themselves and share their thoughts and opinions freely and safely.
If we find that you have violated our terms and policies, we may take action against your account to protect our community and our services, including suspending or disabling access to your account. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risks or legal problems for us or if we are permitted or required by law to do so. When necessary, we will notify you of suspending or disabling access to your account the next time, you try to access it.
If you delete your account or we disable it, these Terms will expire as an agreement between you and us, but the following terms will remain in effect: Clause 3 and Clauses 4.2 through 4.5
We work hard to provide the best products as well as provide clear guidelines to everyone who uses them. However, our products are provided "as is", and we make no guarantees that they will be secure, protected, or error-free, or that they will operate without failures, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of rights and title. We do not control or direct people and others as to what they should do or say, and take no responsibility for their actions or behavior (either online or offline) or any content they share (including any content that is offensive, inappropriate, obscene or illegal , and other objectionable content items).
We cannot predict when issues with our products can occur. Accordingly, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, and under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, information or data or any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive or incident arising out of or related to these Terms or Fooshia Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and losses.
We strive to provide clear rules to reduce and, if possible, prevent disputes between you and us. In the event of a dispute, though, it is helpful to know in advance where to resolve it and the laws that apply to it.
If you are a consumer, the laws of your country of residence apply to any claim, cause of action or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Fooshia Products (“Claim”), and you may also settle the Dispute in any court have jurisdiction in the country in whose jurisdiction this claim is subject. In all other cases, you agree to adjudicate such claim exclusively in the US District Court for the Northern District of California or in a state court located in San Mateo County, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts for the purpose of determination of all such claims, and that these Terms and any Its disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of laws.
